Kristi graduated with a Bachelors of Science in 2012 and immediately pursued the Masters of Physical Therapy program. She has played high level volleyball since a very young age and represented Canada on the international level.
Kristi developed an early interest in physiotherapy and the rehabilitation process due to the numerous injuries she sustained in volleyball.
Kristi has pursued many post-secondary interests such as manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling. Her approach to physiotherapy is exercise based. She utilizes manual therapy and exercise prescription to help clients achieve their goals.
When she isn’t working, Kristi likes to stay active and spend time outside. She looks forward to her time in Île des Chênes assisting clients return (as close as possible) to their pre-injury lifestyle.

Kelsey completed her Bachelor in Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba in 2013 and continued to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2016.
In continuing her education she has completed her acupuncture certification through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, Level 1 and 2 with the Orthopaedic Division and Level 1 Neurokinetic Therapy, as well as several courses in exercise prescription and preventative therapy.
Kelsey is currently working on completing her Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach designation (CSCS), and in the near future plans on completing her Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) while still pursuing advanced orthopaedic levels in spinal and manipulative physiotherapy.
Kelsey brings with her 9 years of personal training experience. When you don’t find her working, you will likely find her at the gym training. Currently, she is training for a half marathon and a mud run.
Kelsey grew up in the Interlake and graduated from Gimli. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and hiking.

Lisa graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2011 with her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. In 2017, she completed her Master’s of Clinical Science at Western University and became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
She enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a multimodal approach using manual therapy, exercise, acupuncture and education to help her patients return to their chosen activities/sports. She has a special interest in treating curlers as she is an avid curler herself. Lisa also offers mentorship to colleagues pursuing their advanced manual therapy levels and exams through the National Orthopaedic Division and associated university programs.
Lisa is a farm girl at heart. Outside of the clinic, she spends most of her spare time at her family farm in Roland, MB or Falcon Lake in the summer. Lisa is excited to join the IDC team and continue to serve rural Manitobans!
Vendy graduated in 2002 from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy. She has been working in private practice, spa and clinics. She has taken a short hiatus to look after her kids and now will be returning to massage at Ile des Chenes Physiotherapy.
•Her passion is working with clients to create a treatment best suited for them whether the goal is to reduce everyday stress or regain mobility. She does both deep tissue and therapeutic massage specializing in upper body shoulder and neck.
Erin has enjoyed living in the Lorette Community since 2009 with her husband and 2 boys. Erin enjoys gardening, photography, and in the summer likes to go camping. She also enjoys watching her boys play soccer during the summer and cheering them on in the rink in the winter. Go Comets!
Amy lives in Tourond with her husband and 2 girls. She graduated with her Rehabilitation Assistant certificate from Winnipeg Technical College in 2014. When she isn’t at the clinic, she loves spending time outdoors, being with her family, bonfires and travelling.
Tobi Ann Baumgartner
Tobi lives nearby in Lorette with her family. She enjoys family time, her photography, the outdoors, and keeping active and healthy. She enjoys helping clients at the clinic. She is currently pursuing training through Manitoba Fitness Council.
